Frame for Photoshop-Floral Theme

Open the file in Photoshop, Paintshop Pro,...any program that supports layers.
In photoshop, select the layer under the frame layer,
This will put the new layer that you scan/copy/paste (your photo) in the right place (directly under the frame)
Then resize or trim your photo
You can also move your photo layer after pasting it by clicking the left mouse button on the layer (In the layers palette) and dragging it.
