Anyone else used this before?:

Great little greasemonkey script isn't it. Sadly the author hasn't really updated it much to include changes by filehosts and to include more filehosts.
So I've basically gone though it and made the needed updates to what it checks for if a file is dead or alive. The most noticeable one of these is that when megashares links are temporarily offline the script actually reflects this instead of showing it as dead. I've also removed vip-file as it's censored here as well as yourfilehost as I've never even seen anything hosted on that.
The list of filehosts it now checks are:
rapidshare.de netload.in easy-share.com mediafire.com megashares.com depositfiles.com zshare.net filesend.net sendspace.com easyshare.com egoshare.com share-online.biz uploaded.to badongo.com and upit.to
So to the download link:
http://rapidshare.com/files/177588853/universal_links_checker.user.js
You'll also need if you don't have it already, the rapidshare / megaupload / filefactory link checker:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/9467
as well as greasemonkey ofc:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748
oh and for other browsers follow the instructions at the bottom of the post here:
http://www.warez-bb.org/viewtopic.php?t=1489162
Now for some important notes:
This script is a major bandwidth killer - if you have very slow or severely limited bandwidth don't touch it.
It doesn't check more than 200 files per page (Although that can be easily modified)
If you own premium accounts in any of the filehosts only in the universal links checker not the rapidshare one, then turn off automatic downloads for those accounts otherwise you'll be getting the files silently downloading in the background.
Anything weird with the script drop me a PM and I can try to fix it
If you want a particular filehost added then again don't hesitate to drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do
Here's a tester page to check it all works:

Enjoy and say thanks if you use it. :P
