Michael [Bergonzi] has been in the alternative health field since 1990 and is internationally known as the pre-eminent
wheatgrass & sprout grower. He has innovated many of the cutting edge growing systems presently utilized at Hippocrates
Health Institute in West Palm Beach, FL and also designed & built the greenhouse at the Optimum Health Insitute in San Diego,
