The Strength video is a comprehensive total body resistance training workout. Utilizing calisthenic principles, you will learn the advanced techniques of drop setting, super setting and pyramid training. There is no other strength training program that offers this innovative combination of resistance training techniques. You will achieve the strength and power you are looking for!
The Stamina video takes aerobic training to the limit. So much so...it could qualify as strength training. Calisthenics circuit training is combined with basic SEAL TEAM kickboxing activities. Boxers and martial artists live by this training because of its emphasis on a fighting fitness style. Not only wil you receive a great interactive aerobic workout, Scott will also provide you with instructional information to achieve your aerobic fitness goals through other activities.
Having trouble finding the time to fit in your training? The ISO Workouts video is your solution. Isolating the four major muscle groups into 15 minute routines will help you assault the time dilemma that prevents you from staying consistent. So if you cant find the time to fit in the entire Strength video workout, get it done with the ISO Workouts. These workouts are a bit more intensive, requiring you to only do two a week!
