Ambient-Sleep Mk. II (relaxing sleeping music mix disc)
This mix disc is the product of around a year of work. Nearly every night for the past year I have played relaxing (and occasionally hypnotic) ambient music to help lull me to sleep, as I suffer from insomnia. I have been slowly tweaking which tracks I use, what order they go in, and even their relative volumes. This is the end product, and I cannot call it anything but perfection. I hope you will find it as useful as I have.
