I just found this, and i thought this might be usefull for some of you. So here you go:
Hi-customers are able to send 15 sms & mms a week. The sms or mms will be added your budget again, one week later.
You´ll need to create an account, which´s free.
- I cant help you to create the account, since i dont got Hi myself. It´ll probably guide itself :)

Customers of any other provider
You can only create the account from 09.00 - 17.00 gmt 1, from monday to friday.
Just visit the link below. Enter you 06-number and youll get a login send immediatly.
Login with your phonenumber and pass, type the sms and enter the phone number and press ´bevestig´ to send the sms.
