Release Notes:
You can't eat the word food is made up of Ally Clark (Drums),
Douglas Braid (Vocals,Bass), Stephen Cafferty (Guitar) and
Gary Ward (Vocals,Guitar). The Food are all childhood friends
who pooled their collective influences together from across
the spectrum of popular music, then hunkered down to find
sound, then maybe shake it around. Songs flowed, names came
and went, many best not mentioned. It is uncertain exactly how
the name was first mooted, but it was seized upon immediately.
It was initially just another title for a song, but it became
clear that it had far more iconic potential with regards to
representing the band as a whole.
