Call Of Duty 4 Level / Rank 55 Patch 1.0 - 1.7

This is a way to get level / rank 55 for free on Call Of Duty 4
It's very easy, you don't need to do weird things in regedit, only 2 Clicks !
You select the patch and you click upgrade, and you are done !
This works with the following patches:

-1.0
-1.1
-1.2
-1.3
-1.4
-1.5
-1.6
-1.7
