DISCLAIMER:
Before I even start the tutorial here is an important fact

The more underground a band is, then the easier it is to find
The more mainstream a band is, then a lot of links will be dead and you may not even find it all

or the wait time for a popular band is through the roof.

With this info in hand I don't want a bunch of popheads metallicaheads ~love~/slipheads telling me I'm an idiot cause they couldn't find what they were looking ofr or it was to slow..

Method #1 (Google blogsearching)

go to www.google.com

search "artist" blogspot example: http://i39.tinypic.com/eb4dn5.png

It should be among the first link to show up (You may need to search through a few) here's an example blog http://i39.tinypic.com/war3hx.png

Download extract and enjoy!

This method is the best for download music however since there are alot of blogs that use mediafire links and other fast and unpopular hosts

PROTIP1: If an artists name is to vague use wikipedia and find some albums. If it's still to broad use a combo of artist+album
PROTIP2: Stay away from Bunalti and other blogs on that scale since they will most likely use RS links

METHOD2: SoulSeek!

Download SoulSeek from here http://www.slsknet.org/

after you install you'd better put your collection into a share folder or else you'll get band for being an ass

search an album and then you can either download the containing folder or single song download

(It may be slow since it's singlesource downloading + the time it may take to get a download spot)
PROTIP: Popular music takes awhile to get a spot in

Alright, feel free to post your owns methods fo getting albums and songs in this topic.
