Firstly you need a premium account in Rapidshare and a premium account in the file hoster, in this example Megaupload.
Firstly find your post with your required links.

Then go onto the link, log into your MU premium account and copy the Premium link.

Then log into RS Premium.

Then click the remote-uploads section.

Enter the link into the text box.

Click "start remote-upload"

Rapidshare will now download the file.

When it completes it will say "upload to rapidshare finished"

The link is then in your premium section.

You can copy the link from here and put them into your posts giving people more mirrors to use.
